🚀 New: Client Email Templates
One conversation. One click. A polished follow-up email, ready to send.
Great client conversations deserve great follow-ups—but writing them takes time.
Whether you're sending a meeting recap, a personalized follow-up, or a client update, Bloks helps you spend less time writing and more time helping your clients.
Because your time is better spent talking with clients than rewriting what you've already said.
From Meeting to Inbox
🎙️ 1. Capture the Conversation
Record your meeting or call with Bloks just as you normally would. Once your meeting is complete, open the new Emails tab to see your conversation transformed into a polished client email.

✍️ 2. Choose Your Template
Start with our default email template, or open Template Management and simply describe the type of email you'd like to generate using our AI Template Generator.
Whether it's a meeting recap, a client update, a compliant follow-up, or something unique to your practice, Bloks creates a reusable email template in seconds.
Once you've created a template, it's automatically saved and ready to use for every future conversation.
📨 3. Review & Send
After each conversation, Bloks generates a polished email using your selected template.
Review and edit the email as needed, then send it directly or copy it into your preferred email client.
Every email is fully editable, and you can create multiple versions for different meeting types, clients, or communication styles.
Why We Built It
The meeting isn't where advisors lose time.
It's everything that happens afterward.
Every client conversation creates another task:
Writing follow-up emails.
Summarizing key discussions.
Documenting commitments.
Making sure every client receives clear, professional communication.
Those tasks are essential—but they shouldn't require starting from a blank page every time.
Bloks already understands your conversations. Now it can turn them into polished client emails in seconds.
Because your time is better spent helping clients than rewriting what you've already said.
